Governors
Merryhills has 17 governors, responsible for finding out what is happening in school and for making sure that everything is running as smoothly as possible. The best way to describe a governor is as a critical friend.
Governors are appointed from different sections of the community, so that they can offer the school's management team a balance of outlook and experience.
